While registered CIAW students can attend the evening concerts and ceilithe as part of their tuition, these events are also open to the general public and feature the multi-talented teaching staff of the Catskills in performance. Concerts are held in the McGrath Pavilion on the Quill Festival Grounds while the ceilithe are in the Shamrock House on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights. On Wednesday night, The Big Barn Dance takes place on the Quill Festival Grounds on the dance Stage in the McGrath Building from 7:30- 10 pm.
Along with the classes, the income from attendance at the concerts and ceilithe contribute to the revenue stream of the M.J. Quill Irish Cultural and Sports Centre and provide extra support for the week.
